• GuessMyRank has the legal right to impose these Terms in its sole discretion. Your use of the service is subject to these terms, and GuessMyRank reserves the right to alter and update these terms at any time. Any external links in this term are only for informational use and are not a part of the agreement. If any content does not comply with these Terms, we reserve the right to remove it, without informing you. Check this document periodically for updates.

• Rights Granted

  You retain ownership rights of your content. However, it is required for you to grant certain rights to GuessMyRank, and other users of the Service, as stated below.

• Uploading Content

  By submitting a photo or video through our service, you grant to GuessMyRank (and it's Affiliates' and successors') business, the worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use that Content (includes reproducing, edit, store, distribute, display publicly or privately, monetize, perform publicly or privately, promote, and create derivative works), or any portion thereof, through the GuessMyRank brand service (and it's Affiliates' and successors').

• Right to Monetize

  You grant GuessMyRank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successors the right to monetize from your Content on the Service (this monetization may include charging users a fee for the content or displaying ads on or inside the content). This agreement does not entitle you or any entity to any payments.

• Content Copyright and Third-Party violations

  By uploading content you represent and warrant that:

  1. The content submitted must not include copyrighted material or third party intellectual property unless given permission from the party, or the legal right to do so.
  2. You are legally responsible and liable for the Content submitted to our Service, and possess or obtained the full rights and ownership needed to grant GuessMyRank the rights and licenses provided herein. You hereby hold GuessMyRank exempt from and against any third-party claims from use of the Content or compensation for any such use. We may remove any content we detect or deem to be infringement, spam, malware, or illicit content. You hereby represent that you or a guardian are at least 18 years of age and have fully read and understood the contents of this release.
